CFW820 is an optical inspection equipment used for defect monitoring on FAB production lines, applied in multiple process stages such as ADI/AEI/Post CMP/OQC. It can help customers quickly screen typical graphic defects and surface defects that affect product quality on the production line, ensuring stable progress of various processes. CFW820, Featuring ultra-high wafer transmission compatibility, 5-in-1 detection function, multiple optical magnifications, dual channel detection capability, and the ability to balance sensitivity and throughput, coupled with flexible and easy-to-use recipe management function and deep learning based ADC algorithm, it helps customers ensure stable operation of their production lines.

CFW920 is an optical inspection equipment used for FAB front-end process control, applied in multiple process nodes such as ADI/AEI/Post CMP, to help customers discover key graphic defects that affect yield during the process development and production capacity improvement stages, and improve yield. CFW920 has a defect sensitivity of 100nm, dual channel detection throughput, flexible and easy-to-use recipe management function, and deep learning based ADC algorithm to help customers quickly enter the HVM stage of their production line

CFW380 is a post process defect detection equipment used in the wafer packaging stage. It is applied in multiple process stages such as incoming material pattern detection/cutting/film expansion detection in packaging factories. It can help customers quickly screen defects that affect product quality on the production line and ensure stable operation of the production line. It also has ultra-high wafer transmission compatibility and graphic detection capabilities, and is equipped with optimized cutting line detection algorithms. It can not only detect typical cutting line defects such as chipping, but also measure key parameters that measure the quality of the subsequent process, such as the width of the cutting line/die spacing after film expansion/spacing between the cutting line and the protective ring, helping customers improve process quality and increase yield.
