CF320C is a high-end high-resolution chip line scanning detection device, which adopts dual 8K color line scanning sensors and is equipped with Chengfeng's self-developed light and dark field multi angle light source. Each sensor can achieve two different light path images at a time, greatly improving the defect detection ability of complex scenes. It is suitable for chip detection of high-power/IC lead frames (stamping/etching).
